Ecolab recognized the SPPS Visions for Learning Award Winners on Tuesday, October 7. Six CPSHS Teachers received a grant to fund a project to help improve student learning at Como Park:

Grace Cialek received a grant to fund supplies to record 'Spoken Word' Poetry by CPSHS students and bring in nationally recognized Spoken Word Poets into her class.

Luke Larson received a grandt to purchase hands-on supplies for his Geometry and Algebra classes.

Theo Olsen received a grant to purchase an LCD projector to help students learn math operations, guided reading skills, self-advocacy skills and on-line research techniques.

Bob Prifrel received a grant for supplies to cooperatively work with the Art Department to construct art equipment and display cases.

Chong Thao received a grant to purchase copies of Shakespeare's Othello 10th grade English Classes.

Linda Wise received a grant to purchase a digital copy of the Encyclopedia of World Biography for the library.
