Welcome parents and students to Como Sr. High. We are excited to have your student here!

My name is Molly McCurdy and I am thrilled to be at Como Sr. High. I have been at Ramsey Jr. High for the past 5 years, so I am excited to keep working with St. Paul's students and families in the Sr. High. I am your student's counselor if he/she has the Last Name A-F.

A little bit about me, I graduated with my Psychology and Marriage and Family Degree from Northwestern and my Graduate Degree in School Counseling from UW-River Falls. I ran cross country through college and still try to run a few races a year. Besides running, I love to work on my house, be with my friends and family, cook, and enjoy anything outdoors.

School counselors are an important link between home, school, and community. I want to work with your students on their academic growth, as well as their personal growth. I provide individual academic counseling, resources to the community, provide help with plans after high school, and work to help students through collaboration with administrators, teachers, and social workers. I also help with standardized testing at Como, am the AVID counselor, participate on Site Council, as well as participate on the Student Assistant Team.
