 | | | | | | Biography | | Ms Whitney began teaching at CPSHS in 1994. She is music department chair and the director of both the annual musical and full-length play. Between theatrical events, she readies her solo and ensemble participants for Region IVAA contest and All-State Choir auditions.
Carole Whitney is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She was MetroEast District Chair for ACDA (American Choral Directors) of Minnesota, and Region 3/4AA Representative for Minnesota Music Educator's Association, where she also served as Choral Assistant, section leader for All-State, a former church music director, and a current member of the Minnesota Chorale. She has been certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards in Early Adolescent/Young Adult Music.
